"Unable to Connect", Login, select char, "Connection failed" loop

What’s going on? The servers are up in-game when I open WoW itself. Something bugged with the mobile app in 8.1?

Same thing happens for me. Uninstalled, reinstalled with no change.

Looks like whatever changed in 8.1 is preventing the older Legion version from working. I was using it as well, but looks like they are not allowing it going forward. More of Ion’s BS. Keep complaining here and call them too, so our voices are heard. We will not stand to be treated like this.

Same here - get disconnected from server - choose character screen - then unable to connect. Finally have a reason to do the rep missions - my main was exalted with everyone a while ago - and I can’t login. GG Bliz…not

Ah ha! Today, a DAY LATE, there’s a WoW Companion app update waiting for me in the iOS App Store… installs

You know, assuming it works, you’d think a major gaming company could get their release timing right in 2018. You’d think so…

I didn’t even get an App Store update. I had to delete it, reinstall it and then the app itself updated

Still broken as of Dec 12 7:38 eastern. Can see list of toons but won’t let you get in.

i am trying to login to the companion app both in android and IOS. The message I get is the same for both. Network Error Unable to connect. I have not been able to get in sense I downloaded the app a couple of weeks ago.

Also last updated today and uninstall and reinstalled on both OS and still nothing

Was in the continuous login/disconnected/can’t connect loop and then shifted to just background texture:

Sorry to hear that you are still encountering issues. You are attempting to log into the BfA app, correct? If so, can you tell me what version number you app is showing on your phone?
