This issue continues to be tied to not being able to use the 2/9 notoriety ability with The Weaver, which is required to interact with the NPCs needed to complete Pawns and Puppetry and Pillar-nest of Horrors
This issue still persists for about 6 months,even with patches during this time i’m still unable to finish the quests and earn the achievement which causes related achievements/rewards to be impossible to earn (Loremaster of Khaz Algar, Sojouner of Azj-Kahet, Azj the World Turns , Itsy Bitsy Spider and You Xal Not Pass). These achievements needs the pre requisite Sojourner of Azj-Kahet to be possible to complete.
I’ve done all the Azj-Kahet campaign quests and all side quests on another 2 toons to check if could fix.
Did every week renown quests with all the 3 npcs from severed threads and even complete paragon renown reputation and still missing the tier 2 The Weaver skills.
