My friend I have not been able to get quests to complete. We have tried catalog quests (photos) dragon racing, Eon Fringe Daily, nothing seems to be counting for quest completion. Is anyone else having this issue?
Are you accidentally in a raid group? Most quests don’t allow progress when in a raid group.

That was probably it. I could have been in a left over raid from a time rift or storm event. Thank you very much.
