Unable to complete "A Nation United" after faction change

I faction changed from Horde to Alliance a week or two ago, and my BFA achievements for the Zandalari Isles weren’t transferred to their Alliance counterpart. This is expected, but I have two issues:

  1. I can’t start the storyline for Kul Tiras anymore (for A Sound Plan, Stormsong and Dance, and Drust Do It achievements) because the quest givers aren’t giving the quests.

  2. Second, when I pull up the achievement window, the A Nation United quest shows these three requisites highlighted, meaning they were already done or transferred somewhat, which is probably why I can’t start this questline anymore.

Locking my account out from these quests or achievements means I won’t be able to unlock Kul Tiran Allied Race ever.

Kindly look into it and advise me on what to do next. Thanks.

This is something you might need to write an in-game ticket for, as sometimes - yeah - faction changing causes weird issues that only a GM can fix.

Actually, now that I think about it, you might want to check out Stormwind and see if you can “start” the expansion the normal way. Maybe fly by the docks or fly up to the keep and see if there’s a questgiver there. Make sure Trivial Quests are enabled.

I say that because I transferred from Alliance to Horde for a bit, and that’s the only way I was able to start the expansion and its quests, even though I did everything Alliance-side previously.

Hope that helps. If not, yeah - maybe a ticket is the way to go!
