Opening a new topic since the others are from when the TP launched in February.
Cannot collect Trader’s Tender from the chest. It sparkles, I click on it, there’s a brief pause, the chest opens, and nothing.
Others are standing around, reporting the same issue.
Things I’ve tried to fix it: /reload-ing, disabling all add-ons, logging out and back in, swapping characters, logging out for 15 minutes.
As an addendum: other players are reporting that they’re completing their tasks in the Adventurer’s Log, getting the sword transmogs, but are not getting their tender rewards.

Having the exact same issue. Did the same exact steps. I have not received any tender rewards at all this month. Currently at 700/1000 so I should have received 300 tender so far. The Collector’s Cache is lit up, it opens, but no loot . Switched characters, factions. You name it. Same results every time.
it seems that there are still quite a few people who are unfamiliar with how the whole thing works.
I’m having the same issue. I was able to collect the sword transmogs for this month, however not the tender. When I hover over the tender I do have in my shop window, it says I have uncollected tender in the cache, however when I try to loot it I receive nothing. I haven’t had any issues with the cache until now. I’ve tried disabling all addons, exiting the game for 1/2 an hour and trying again and unfortunately that hasn’t worked.
what does your currency tab tell you?
and are you only using one account?
My currency tab says the same as the shop says, 675, however when I hover over the currency in the shop it says I have uncollected tender in the chest. I’m only using the one account, yes. The chest is sparkly, I get the opening animation, but no loot (other than the transmog reward from this month which I was able to loot without issue).
+1, having the same problem. This is my first time on since DF released, I went straight to the trader’s post and did the quest, turned it in, and can’t collect any trader’s tender. Chest is glowy and I can open it up and stare like a thirsty, starving rabid animal but I can’t collect anything. I saw all of the problems people were having in Feb but I couldn’t find anybody having the same problems now, so I’m glad I’m not alone.

Same issue, writing this fresh off the heels of a ticket response saying:
"Currently, there aren’t in reports of players being unable to gain trader’s tender, unless they have reached the monthly cap therefore I strongly encourage you to report a bug, so our development team can see it and learn more about this issue. "
Tried to put it in simple terms that I have made no purchases this month, and earned the swords- so my total of 625 Tender is obviously wrong.
But alas, nothing comes from the chest despite it telling me to collect my reward.
Disabled addons, cleared cache, nothin’.
Math ain’t mathing.
Got the same problem, Chest sparkles, also cannot buy anything from the vendor as it keep saying there’s a communication problem with the server, to check back later, but it’s been days… mhmm

I’m stuck at 625 Traveler’s Tender despite completing several objectives that should be awarding me more.
Chest opens. Nothing comes out. Multiple characters, both factions, and the same result. Log out, exit game, wait, open game and log in…same result.
This feature has been with the game for some time now, and Blizzard is still incapable of making it work dependably. Are they all on permanent vacation over there?

Did some of the monthly activity stuff, hit the first milestone and should get another 100 tender. Still no joy. Now I’m owed 600 tender and can’t collect.
Same issue. I got the Elune blades but no tender, in spite of the chest glowing and the shop saying I have uncollected tenders.

I’m glad I got all my tender and swords at the beginning of the month. I am having the server connection issue as well though in trying to buy the Hunter Ensemble for quiver and ammo pouch. It is rather annoying that this has been going for two days with no word from a blizzard person concerning this.
I am having this issue to. This is my first time at the trading post ever. I have had two reply from support and neither have been helpful. I keep explaining that i have never been to the post before ever and i keep getting messages about only one character can loot the box or being at max currency. I understand this limitation but this is not my issue. I have NEVER recieved any currency EVER and i have no currency at all. I was also told I should not be having issues because no one else is reporting any. So here i am in the forums in a 2 day old post.

After randomly hitting the chest every hour or so, it finally ticked over just now and I got my 600 tender and was able to buy stuff from the Trading Post. I hadn’t logged out since this morning, just left my character standing around while I played FFXIV, and only tabbed back to clear AFK and check to see if anyone had responded to my ticket I opened this morning (no one has, as of right now - “Average ticket wait time: 4hr 14 min” - my actual wait time is over 8 hours).
So, I have no idea what caused the problem, but, for me, it seems to have corrected itself. For now.
I saw your reply and decided to give it a shot…
I honestly clicked the chest maybe 50+ times through the week, NOW it worked.
I dunno if they did something on their end, but definitely give it a shot again S:

Unfortunately still does not work for me: chest does not open, shows zero tender;
I got this from a GM few hours back: “This is your friendly neighborhood Game Master Lograldon. I hopped onto Alogama to take a look into this and the same thing was happening for me, so something is definitely not working properly.”
