Experiencing the same issues, thought it was some sort of lag or phasing issue the first time. I did a Waterworks, right clicked to leave, flew down into Hallowfall to skittering breach and was met with a wall where the portal entrance was supposed to be at, as well as no mobs in the world, even in the town in Hallowfall, relogging fixed it. I then ran Skittering breach, left via clicking the leave delve, flew to the Sinkhole, and after entering the delve it closed off the pathway behind me, but didn’t open the door ahead. Leaving me trapped in an airlock phase between the delve entrance and exit. Relogging fixed it. But glad to know it’s wider spread than just myself. Guess for the time, avoid leaving via the ‘leave group’ button, and just take the delve bot to and exit manually.
