If you complete a delve and leave by right clicking your frame to leave delve or hearthing it will make it so you can not enter delves/go through loading screen to a new zone/hearth without logging out. A work around for the moment is if you exit the delve by leaving through the door it does not seem to trigger the bug.
Having this happen to me at random too. Also areas where you phase/zone (like leaving dornogal and going to isle of dorn causes it too. Can cast and move around but nothing loads in.

Also having this problem. I went through 2 hearths (shaman) before relogging and was able to hearth to Dalaran. When I went into a delve half of it pulled to the entrance and several mobs were evading through the floor. Even after dying I was stuck in combat and unable to click objectives. I mention this because I tried to leave the delve via portrait menu and nothing happened. Logging out also did nothing.

I am also having the same issue.
Ran into the same issue after trying (and failing) to exit Kriegval’s Rest by right-clicking my unit frame. Flew into the Coreway to reach The Ringing Deeps, and was quite surprised when I exited the Coreway into a featureless blue void with Dornogal visible about a mile overhead.
Then my game disconnected and I had to use Character Unstuck, lol.

I thought I was going insane. My hearthstone cast would go off and I’d just stand there like a fool. Hope this gets sorted soon.

Same is happening to me on alts. Doesn’t matter if it’s Undermine or Hallowfall (The Overcharged Delves as of June 24 2025), it takes a few relogs, then a forced DC, which DCs again, and then all is fixed. Always happens after right clicking your portrait and leaving that way.
This is happened to me twice in two different delves. The only way I could get out of it was to force quit the game and log into another character, then back into my main. Never seen this happen before.
And yes, both time it occurred, I right clicked on my portrait and selected “Leave delve.”

so thats whats happening. I thought servers were crashing, but nobody else was mentioning it. weird bug
Same problem. I had multiple characters all bugged after doing their first delve of the week. My paladin is totally broken, every time I try log in I get disconnected on that character 
I’ve also had this problem, but just finished a delve and used the bot to port back to the door and then zoned out. Still couldn’t use hearthstones and portals
It’s been going on since reset for me.
Seems like this is what is breaking the Mage teleport portal to. I click the portal and it completes, shows a brief loading screen and then puts me back right where I was.
ya once I leave the delve I cant change any zone without having to relog.

Same here. Happens after leaving a delve. No way to go to another zone/instance.
All the same as above also happens to me. One character got so stuck it’s between the border of Dorn and Ringing Deeps and auto-logs out every time I try to get back on.
