I apparently don’t have the rep to attack the hozen in the start quests of Pandaria for Alliance
I don’t recall ever fighting any named hozen besides the quest targets in the Academy (start area for Panda)
The quest chain is [The Elder’s Instruments] and the quest before that …
I grouped with someone that can attack them and was hostile so I can loot them once they are dead but I can’t attack on my own
I’m currently lvl 20 using Chromie to give access to MOP
So I don’t know if its a rep thing or what … they aren’t in my reputation tab … neither is Stormwind for that matter but I don’t need to kill them
