Completed a few keys last week and I don’t even have the option to open the vault for loot. It is treating it like nothing was done the previuos week.
Experiencing the same issue, but I can’t see the vault at all, and so do other players around there.

One other thing I noticed, there’s an invisible staircase or some type of platform that you climb as you start approaching the vault.
I am also having the same issue. Also, the vault items was supposed to be 226 and i did not see that in the brief moment I could actually see the vault.
I have no vault visible on my Priest, Nvda. I was able to loot on my other two lvl 60’s. Gotta love patch day.
I cant access the Vault right now.
I was able to access it awhile ago. But I cant decide which loot to get so I ran sims first. But when I come back to access the Vault again, it’s gone… invisible. There is an invisible staircase.
I tried to relog WoW… disabled its addons. Reloaded it. Still cant see it.
Same issue here, the staircase leading up to the vault and the great vault seem to be there, but are completely invisible and cannot be interacted with.
