Unable to access the Zerith Mortis Quest

Good Morning, I have had a ticket open for a few days going back and forth with GMs and they are unable to help me.

According to wow head https://www.wowhead.com/news/zereth-mortis-alt-skip-no-previous-shadowlands-campaigns-required-326037

Which states " There are no requirements for the Zereth Mortis skip besides being level 60!"

I have accessed all the areas of zerith mortis on my main toon and currently have flying. I cannot access the zerith mortis skip quest on this character, however I can access it on another character which has done nothing in shadowlands.

I think this has to do with some kind of bug because I decided to level this toon in shadowlands but never finished it. I dinged rather quickly to max level. Now I cannot access Zerith Mortis skip quest at all. So far 3 out of 4 GMs just copy and paste an access to the maw in wow head which is no help and one told me to complete Patterns within Patterns on my main which I just did but yet still no access.

Is anyone experienced enough to help me figure out why I cannot access the zerith mortis skip quest? I have completed everything necessary.

Have you completed the campaign or chosen the Threads of Fate skip for the leveling campaign? The article you linked showed it was available with the quest to choose a covenant in the log, so I wouldn’t rule out at least being able to choose a covenent as a requirement.

If you didn’t complete the campaign, see if Roh-Tahl on the eastern platform in Oribos has a dialog option to choose Threads of Fate. If not, you can try party syncing with a lower level character to see if that gets his dialog option to pop up. If that doesn’t work, then the next thing to try is finishing the campaign.
