I can see Edward Remington in UC (Guild Tabard Designer) but am unable to interact with him at all. I took my guild master character to Orgrimmar and did not even see the Tabard Designer NPC in the Embassy, only the Guild Master and Tabard Vendor there. Therefore, I am unable to design and deploy a tabard design for my newly formed guild. This is Classic Dreamscythe server.
