Ever since the most recent update I’ve not been able to access the BFA content in the mobile app. Broken isles is the only expansion that shows up.
Same, but I am stuck in BFA and cannot swap to Legion.

What is displayed when you tap and hold the expansion banner button at the top of the screen? What options are offered?
Just to piggyback on their comments, I’m having the same issue except all my characters default to the BFA layout and I can’t swap to Legion.
I tried several characters, ones I knew had both mission tables unlocked, and still no luck. When I tap the “cycle expansion” button it just rotated but no options to pick a different expansion pop up.
Edit: holding down the icon for 1+ seconds seems to prompt the window! 
A regular “tap” doesn’t seem to work.
