MADNESS is entirely correct, this mini event is NOT worth the time put in… OUR group repeatedly died over and over, I finally left. I don’t need crap that bad, because that’s all it really is just CRAP !

Are there even any actual loot drops or even achievements for this? I couldn’t find anything.
No loot, or achievements since these are supposed to be silly optional events. There is an objective in the Traveler’s Log to get 21 stacks of Adaptation.
The only boss we couldn’t kill was the Tar Lord. People didn’t understand the mechanics and once he gets even 1 stack it’s a wipe.
Entirely easily ignored. I finished my travellers log day 2.
I don’t chase things like this. Anything that has a hard “gotcha” mechanic, I just don’t know enough coordinated people to ever even make that work. And this coming from the guy who at one point last expansion could barely solo the slime boss in mechagon because of his janky debuff. I was actually shocked how easy he was even on heroic as a DF 70.
