As a refresher course for those new, the “Glory of the Cataclysm Hero” meta achievement has been unable to be completed since Patch 11.0.0 rendered “Umbrage for Umbriss” unobtainable. This is in contrast to when both the “Old Faithful” and “Prince of Tides” achievements were retired in Patch 10.2.0 and removed from the meta.
This oversight was first reported during the TWW pre-patch. Patch 11.0.2 had no fix. Patch 11.0.5’s first PTR build removed the points from the achievement and nothing else was done (why?). And from what I have seen so far throughout the PTR for Patch 11.0.7, it looks to be the same ol’ story.
Please fix this for those going for the meta and its mount reward.
