Ultraxion missing Extra Action Button

What title says. No one in raid has button, logged off and back on. Switched to normal and back to heroic. The button does not show up, Binding it via options does nothing, and using the macro /click ExtraActionButton1 does nothing.

Edit: Going out on a limb to say it probably doesn’t exist on Madness either It’s at least there on Normal Madness

Our group also just experienced this. As well as multiple other raid groups that were on Heroic Ultraxion at the same time we were. Everyone in Dragon Soul general chat was saying the extra action button wasn’t showing up.

Same issues is on-going for us. Macros, and key binding ‘Extra Action Button 1’ does not work either.

I’m seeing the button back now

We just did the fight and the button was there for us.
