I killed Ultraxion and the chest appeared but would not open and I did not receive loot in the mail. I have a screenshot if needed.

I have the same issue. Was told to submit a bug report after opening a ticket for it. So here I am…adding to the list.

Adding to the list. The loot box is bugged for Ultraxion on Dragonsoul - it is not clickable after killing the boss and the items are not sent through the postmaster.
Many of us have missed out on this farming during the Collector’s Bounty event. This has long been an issue and this isn’t the only thread, still not fixed. Same non-answer runaround with each report, with each ticket.
