I’m able to make this device but I get a red text error, stating: “Source: A master of teleportation technology.” Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
I believe that means you have not actually unlocked the blueprint yet. It drops from Gear Checker Cogstar but is not a guaranteed drop.

I’ve made it now I can’t
