I’ve got way more Ultramarine Ink than I can use. Is there any kind of ink trader or anything for this? I wasn’t able to find anything. I’m about to vendor about 1000 of them.

You can convert them into Veiled Crystals if you have an enchanter by crafting Sinister Combatant’s Etched Vessel L3 (40 UM ink, 10 Viridescent ink, 1 expulsom). It’s definitely not a very efficient way of getting rid of it, but if you’re really desperate for crystals/shards or just don’t want to straight up vendor the inks, there you go.
P.S. Be sure the enchanter has their tools of the trade while disenchanting those, it increases the overall yield of all disenchanting by quite a lot.

Oh, I almost forgot – you can also craft Rajani, Uldum Accord, and Rustbolt Resistance contracts for 25 UM inks each. (This does require at least… revered rep with the related faction, I think?) All the other contracts require either Maroon or Crimson ink to make.
