Hello, I recently just purchased an ultrawide monitor from Samsung. The game will run it fine, but the menu screen has black bars on the side and the cinematics as well.
I’ve tried multiple in-game settings and none of them address it. Is there an in-game menu option I am missing to enable full ultrawide monitor support? Or, am I out of luck and just better left to YouTube for Blizzard’s beautiful cinematics?

Not familiar with ultra wide screen, however it does seem to me to be a setting that you may have missed. Check graphic card settings and in game graphics settings. Maybe google can shed some light for you if you need faster answers.
I run 3440x1440, no issues with in-game support. what resolution/size is your ultrawide?
please make sure you select your ultrawide resolution in Windows Settings and ensure WoW is set to default resolution.
I run the same resolution.
Does your in-game character select screen have black bars on the side? My cursor can go there.

The in-game is fine. The bars only appear on the character select screen and the game cinematics (trailers)
