Dang, I guess I missed out on the rep exploit before they fixed it. I’ve been doing every quest, every day, plus all of the little events and am still maybe 1/4 or 1/3 of the way into revered.
They are also both human. I figure you live by the hack, you die by the hack.

Human rep bonus doesn’t account for the difference in rep here… They have already gone through all 21k of revered+over 10k, to get to their bonus caches.
Most people that were playing legitimately hit revered around last week or slightly before. Even if you had a contract early from the abusers and played 24 hours per day, clearing every single world quest as they came up, you’d get like what, 300-400 extra rep per day? That’s maybe an extra 2500 per week. Still not enough to close the gap.
So it’s pretty obvious there was some exploitation going on and not being able to turn in the cache is Blizzard’s way of punishing them indirectly. They likely did the math and calculated exactly what day people would be finished by, if they did everything by the books, and set it up so that they cannot be turned in any sooner.

Week 1 was 5925 before rep increase hotfix. Week 2 was 7800. Week 3 and 5 were 7125. Week 4 was 7800 and an extra 750 or so from the darkmoon faire buff. The one time aqir and amaethet quest chains are 1250 and 1000.
That’s 38,775 without a rep bonus. Contracts have been available for about 3 weeks. That’s an extra 600ish rep per day for 21 days if you did every WQ. About 250 per day if you only did the AP WQs.
I personally did the extra 3 dailies the first week when they reset once after BlizzardCS tweeted it was ok. That was an extra 225 rep+10%.
You could’ve asked how having such high reputation is possible, if you lacked the knowledge to figure it out yourself. Instead, you follow the general trend of today’s generation where you immediately go into flaming people while widely displaying your complete ignorance, because anything that your little mind cannot understand is automatically obtained by ill methods.
I especially like the part where you think people would exploit and then come to the official forums to inquire about rewards that they exploited to obtain; Not everyone is as dumb as you.
It takes 21k rep to hit revered to get contracts. 7800 rep per week based on what? That’s over 1100 per day. Finding that highly unlikely when there’s maybe 4-5 quests up and 4-5 events to do for the whole 24 hours… Each quest is worth 125 rep now and each event is worth 50. At best, let’s say it’s a good day and there are 5 of each, that’s 875 rep or 963 if you’re human. The plot twist is that you don’t always get that many quests per day.
The patch came out on the 14th of January. Three weeks ago was the 27th. You’re saying that people managed to legitimately farm 21k rep in 14 days? That’s average of 1.5k rep per day… Nah, that didn’t happen without exploiting. There were people posting contracts within the first week or two because they abused it. Blizzard didn’t punish anyone for it, but it happened.
Don’t try to act all high and mighty pretending you didn’t cheese something. The numbers aren’t adding up.

Damn son… I just want to say that I have done every quest, every day (except for 3 days for a work trip), had the DMF buff, contracts, etc., and I am at 8k/21k to Exalted. How on god’s green earth is someone obtaining a paragon box… Just to add, I have the 30 day bug quest mount, take that for what it is but I do my quests every single day.

I mean, I obviously only started this topic to report a clearly broken bug, but instead I’m sitting here having to argue/defend myself against a dumbass.
I don’t want to spend the time to math it out and explain to you how and why this is possible without “exploit” of any sort. What I am willing to do is, if you’re so damn sure of yourself, I’m willing to get on discord with you and prove to you that this is more than possible, if you’re willing to pay 1 million gold(buy them with token if you don’t have this).
Now, I know people like you, and how you’d just back away and run after wasting my time, so I’m only willing to do this stupid education session if you’re willing to share your discord and real life contact info.
Oh, just in case you have some functioning brain cells and want to figure it by yourself, start by figuring out how many dailies and events there have been.
Please do actually put in the effort to count and figure it out, instead of “I have almost done almost everything, I think, and, like, I feel like I should be pretty damn close, I think I did a lot, but I’m not close.” Reading things like this just makes me sad.

You actually want to make such strong, firm arguments when the most basic foundation of your argument is “maybe” and the numbers are flat out wrong?

same issue, and getting paragon cache already is easy if you did all 6 objectives every day with the daily quests (including bi/weekly assault), pet quest out there, DMF buff up when able for 10%, every WQ with the contract up (zandalar, kultiras, nazjatar, mechagon, warfront, incursion when up). i mean if you never swapped to rajani you would be at close to double paragon cache especially as a human
yes, I’m at 16000(haven’t done dailies yet), almost getting double capped and will start wasting rep at that point.
Edit: Did dailies and assault, at 19,198 out of 19,999 cap now. any chance for a fix?
I’m going to hit exalted today and i’ve done the same. Even with those damn spirit drinkers bugging for weeks on end. 3 days off shouldn’t be the difference between 8k/21k and 19k/21k.
Note that I got Rajani to exalted first as I wanted that infinite rune first. As they did the change that rank 3 dying is from revered now.

Still not finding an npc to turn into after the hotfix yesterday.
I can confirm it is still bugged even after the supposed hotfix.
Uldum Accord cache asks me to turn it in to Prince Erazmin in Rustbolt.
still bugged today already 10850/10000 rep for uldum accord faction . no quest on quatermaster.
Same, just got to the Paragon level, no quest available, and it tells me to go to Rustbolt. thought it was weird.
Rajani Paragon also has no npc to turn into.

So when the hotfix went live I was able to hand in my current paragon box with Uldum, but I’ve earned my 2nd one and there is no hand in again as you can see here i.imgur. com/KD9l9x0.png
