Hi,
The Ulduar raid progression does not update whether it be solo 10/25 man or even within a group. I have tested both, even recorded video of myself completing this and a game master recommended reaching out to the forum here to report the bug.

Hello I would like to add to this that my Crucible of Storms doesn’t update for Restless Cabal. I have killed them around 3 times and only get credited for Uu’nat
My Ulduar shows 0/14 when I actually did the entire thing. See achievements I received including one for killing Yogg.
