Uldir: Why no skip quest?

This is not a rant or abuse thread, but rather an honest question whose answer I couldn't find with some googling.

Every raid since (I think) Blackrock Foundry (excepting Trial of Valor as a mini-raid) has had a skip quest, with Antorus have two.

Uldir doesn't. Now it's not a very long raid, not a mini-raid, but not overly long, and this isn't a complaint, just a question about why it isn't there. Has Blizzard stated their reason for the lack of a skip quest or is it something they haven't talked about?
True, but you don't really need one if you're not on Mythic. Just have someone lock themselves on an alt to the first X bosses. Even if the alts a complete carry it doesn't matter. If the bosses are ones you're skipping, you should be able to 19 man them.

The thing is I don't think we need one either, but it's no longer than EN was, and that had a skip, so I'm honestly just wondering if its a change of design or they simply decided to skip the skip this time.
Cos they want us to kill that freaking trash over and over and over and over and over and over again.

I've long speculated that they have an internal contest for trash design. The developer who designs the most heinous trash in a tier is honoured with a picture on the wall somewhere and free tacos for a month with extra evil sauce.

The guy that designed the trash in AQ40 between Twin Emps and C'thun has held that award since 2006.

For those who haven't been playing this game forever, C'thun trash got an entire guild banned because they were so tired of doing it they used an exploit to skip it, and got caught.

Nevermind that there is no trash before Mythrax or G'huun. I'd say that's a fair tradeoff for the excessive trash before Zul.

Doing this still requires you to kill all the trash from the bosses leading up to zul if you want to kill zul, it's not really the same thing at all.
