One of the quest can’t be completed at all for most people and the quest for 6 elites is a nightmare because for some reason elites are on a super long cool down right now.

So far, all of them are absolute filth and I’m deleting them from my quest log.

Couldn’t agree more. All of the daily quests are trash. Far too few mobs, terrible droprates and spawn timers on rares are insane. It took me 45 minutes of flying in circles around the Vale to get the 4 I needed.

The easiest elites to satisfy that quest are the giant Watchers.
No, they are just being farmed by hundreds of people at the same time. It’s normal.
If you are talking about the Titan Artifact it was hot-fixed a little while ago, you can try again and see if it works.
