Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr won't show on dungeon finder

I have dragonflight, I can see the dungeon on other characters, but my Hunter can’t queue for Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr because it won’t show on dungeon finder list

Similar issue, but everything in Specific Dungeons is greyed out.

Actually mine does come up under specific dungeons - world event. Didn’t think it was in that section on the PTR.

Same issue here. Some of my characters have it, some don’t (including level 60 characters who have completed the intro DF quests).

EDIT: looks like there’s an ilvl 180 requirement

to queue you have to be ilvl 180, confirmed it on one my alts by having a friend try to queue us and thats what the dungeon finder tells him

The question is, why is this so opaque? All other dungeons you qualify for show up in the list, just with a lock if you’re not geared enough (and it tells you what ilvl). Why is this one different?
