UI/interface doesn't change with Talent Profiles

Hello

Previously, my UI would adjust based on whatever talent profile I selected. Now, regardless what I do (checking/unchecking the “Use Shared Action Bars”), it doesn’t change until I manually change in Edit Mode.

Any ideas?
