Is there a way in game or an addon you suggest that lets me move my health and mana/resources over my head and to switch off my nametag from my own view?
What do you mean by nametag? if you’re talking about the blue text above your head, there’s an option to turn it off in the “names” section of the interface options.
For the personal resource display, you can look at some nameplate addons to see if any of them do what you want. (The Personal Resource Display is basically a nameplate.) If you’re a bit more adventurous, you can use the Advanced Interface Options addon’s cVar browser. (Search “personal” and “nameplateself” in the cVar browswer to see some options regarding the personal resource display.)
