Hi if you have some time could I post my system info on here or some other site to hopefully rot out outdated software issues I’m not really sure that’s what’s causing my screen to go blank and reset constantly but I have a feeling it might be the cause any help much appreciated thanks.
If it’s a UI issue, head to UI and Macro.

Huh? The forums are not a ticket system or point-of-contact for Blizzard’s staff, they are supported by fellow players. There’s no set time window they must respond within, or at all. That said, tech support is for troubleshooting game client crashes and install issues, not stuff with the UI, which is why I directed you to the other forum.
Is your thread misnamed as a problem with the UI when it’s really the client crashing? We can’t look into your computer; we can only review diagnostic reports you generate on the computer and share with us. A DxDiag report may be helpful, which you would need to export and post on Pastebin.com, then share a link. If you want someone to review the software and hardware, you’d want to visit a local PC technician.
I think he is referring to the UI reloading itself especially(but not limited to) when the transmog screen is open. It’s believed to be caused by graphics driver giving an error? The possible workaround is trying dx11 for some people.
I’m not sure if thats the case though.
