I’ve been getting frequent UI crashes when opening the appearances tab, specifically when trying to transmog on my Grand Expedition Yak. The UI will freeze, disappear and reset. It only started happening after the patch. I have tried repairing installation but the scan does not appear to find any corrupt files.

There’s been a lot of reports about the drivers crashing and causing this, assuming you are using a nvidia card try rolling back the drivers to February and using dx11 .

I have this same problem as well. it only started for me after the latest patch

I chose directx 11 instead of Auto (It was using directx 12) and now i dont have the crash so far. Maybe you can try it out? in game click ESC > Options > Graphics > scroll down look for Graphics API. Choose DirectX 11.

Oh snap haven’t thought of this hope it works for me
I rolled back to April, thats the oldest they had on the nvidia site and it’s still crashing :(.
have you tried using DirectX 11 instead of DirectX 12?
yes I selected Directx 11 in the game and it may have helped a little but still disconnecting
