UI button for special actions behind my action bars, any way to fix this?

for example, the mop timewalking last boss has a special button to click meditate to remove debuff or you die
shadowlands covenant quests, you press a special action button in key events.
basically whenever a special button appears on my screen, it is behind my UI/Action Bars since this new Dragonflight UI update and i cannot click them.
is there any way to fix this? didnt know where else to post this.

EDIT: I found the fix. in UI Edit Mode, tick “Extra Abilities” and then itll let you move that UI element somewhere else.
