Having the same issue. Bars appear at the top of left of my screen anytime I log in or reload. Like others have said, I have no addons and I uninstalled, did the whole renaming the Cache and WTF folders, everything that other forums have suggested with this issue in the past and still nothing… It would be nice to not have this every time I log in…

Same issue! Also having an issue with not seeing party members mana bar actually go down, so I can’t tell when a healer is OOM or not… it just stays at 100%. I’ve reinstalled multiple times, running zero addons. Nothing seems to work.

No idea about the mana bars… however.
At least for me it looks like it is a flaw/bug in their docking/binding code for the UI.
My solution, found it only today… so fun, was to go through and move each bar, seems to only be the ones we’ve rearranged, and make sure they don’t snap/dock to each other. I went as far as reducing the scaling and spacing everything out just enough to make it work.

The fix that seemed to work for me I think was similar to nightsong’s in that I had to move the action bar 1 lower and then re align the others and when it saved it no longer kept resetting. For me I had moved them to work with the hekili addon so i could see the icons and it fixed that bug that has been plagueing me and my alts since the aniversary patch. Hopefully it will work for some of the rest of you

Unchecking the “snap to elements” button, then rearranging my UI a little worked for me so far.
Edit: Now my bags open on top of my bars on the right.

This is ridiculous, this issue is still happening! I’m getting really tired of fixing my UI everytime I log in, I’m about to search for UI addons that will keep things where I want them!
