The UI had bugged a few days ago and deleted my main character when I was deleting a level one alt character, leaving me without a main that I spent a lot of time getting gear for. Has anyone else experienced this, its incredibly frustrating with character restoration being down.

Others have put tickets in about it and stated they got their main back earlier this week. Seems delete character is deleting the first one in warband instead of what is chosen.

I have put in a ticket a few times about my character being glitch deleted. And I just get the same form answer with zero help. If you know how these other people were able to get their toons back please let us know.

Instead of making a new ticket try responding to the old one that seems to be how people got help though I’ve only read on forums about this not perosnally had it happen to me.

yeah that’s basically what I am doing now just keep responding to the current one hoping that they don’t just keep blowing it off
So they finally restored my character today. If this happens to anyone else because of the bug out your ticket under patch issues not under the link it’s gives for character restoration.
How many times did you re-submit? Or did you start a new ticket under patch issues?
this happend to me but i have recovered my character yet so what did you do to get your character back?
Ive been trying and I just keep getting the same automatic message saying Im basically out of luck

Anything about our deleted characters? All my gold on my character that was deleted by this glitch that happened to all of us. So irritating.
I still have 0 answers, just apologies from different GMs.

Ive had the same issue. I was deleting a low level toon, selected the toon, typed delete when prompted and my main was gone. Ticket was replied to. They told me to use the character restore, but the restore option isnt available right now.
