When a bag (inventory or bank) overlaps with a new action bar and you pick up an item in the bag that can be placed on an action bar, the action bar comes the front, blocking the overlapping bag slots and effectively making them unusable.

Same issue. Can’t manually organize bags because the action bars on the right side move in front of the bag slots when you attempt to move the item. This happens with usable items. Not vendor trash.
No addons are being run whilst this issue occurs.
I’ve been experiencing the same issue since the patch went live yesterday.  This is without any addons enabled, either.
Same issue here. Doing inventory management is near impossible with the new ui.
Same issues as well. All I wanted to do was move some potions in my bag and bam action bar overlap. Also had a small meltdown cause I thought my game was broken cause the UI hid the action bar that held my quest item for greener pastures under my central action bars, luckily I figured that out in edit mode.
Same here - action bar overlapping bag slots is annoying as all hades… This needs fixed Blizz… Or please set things up to revert to original game UI… Map also needs to be resized - its too big to accommodate action bars… The new changes are annoying… Some of us out here do not like changes to this extent… Also ya need to fix Mind sear back to the way it was… Sigh…

yea i have action bars on the left side of my screen and all the blizzard notifications pop up behind them and if i talk to a quest giver the quest window opens behind them too.
