I just started playing WoW for the first time two weeks ago. Its been pleasent but mainly unpleasent. Still willing to give it a shot.
Last time i was having the time of my life. Trying to figure out what to do while being smacked by some wurgwurgwurg fish things.
I knew there was some kinda patch being installed or whatever it is today. Woke up tried to get on WoW, then I guess the wurgwurgwurg fish won the battle.
Whenever i tried to play im now getting a “Your 3D accelerator does not support World of Warcraft. Please check system requirements” The game just worked not even 8ish hours ago. My specs are good enough to run WoW on medium and the game worked now its not at all?
You should post this or something similar in one of the support forums. You’ll probably find just what you need to fix this.
Big patches like this can foul up your settings in many ways. For example, I had to clear the entire Agent directory in the battle.net shared application space.
I’d suggest exiting the game and Battlenet. See if you have driver updates to your video card. Restart your computer, relaunch Battlenet, wait to see if there’s an update to WoW. Try again. If that doesn’t work, then I’d suggest tech support.
