Continuing the discussion from Feedback: Death Knights:
the reason for this is that the class is meant to have 1s global CD (Unholy Presence - https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/spell=48265/unholy-presence) , but for some reason, they decided to remove the fun out of it and make it a warrior with 0 mobility … sad, maybe we can get that back in midnight

because, it was a bug to remove unholy presence from the game, still is, and needs immediate addressing
It looks like it was removed in 7.3, this isn’t a bug but a deliberate change to the class. If you don’t like that decision, calling it a bug and posting here won’t do anything as class feedback isn’t collected on the Bug forums. Stick to posting in the Death Knight or Midnight feedback forums to get your opinion heard.
