Male characters biggest issue isn’t necessarily that they’re ugly but that their body proportions are all over the place, especially in comparison to their female counterparts who are often much more proportional so it makes the men look that much worse.
One of the biggest offenders imo are Night Elf males.

Even Human males are iffy since they still have steroid junkie bodies. It’s only the relatively recently added options that gave Human males some younger, decent looking face options.
Night Elf males still have what I call “Popeye-esque” body proportions and only one face option that isn’t totally busted. But yea, it’s basically only the Thalassian elf males and maybe Human males that aren’t fugly.

Same kind of thinking applies to most of the female races, they are much more humanlike than their actual race, unlike their male counterparts.

I’d just be happier if ALL races had body size options like Dracthyr have in their draconic form. I’d like my Human male characters more if they could be slimmer.

Edit: But that’s really more of an issue with the races who are more removed from humans than say like, Elves, Gnomes or Dwarves. Tauren women (and Troll women) for example are more human like because they need to be for sex appeal even if you and I don’t find Tauren women attractive, or maybe you do. I don’t know. The men still get to be monstrous or wildly different in appearance.
Kul’tiran are among the hottest men in the game with their dad bods wat you talkin about.

Honestly Id play the super skinny kt model if i could lol.
Male humans’ popeye forearms throws off their entire silhouette on top of having no wrists. That and their hands are so large it looks like they could clutch their entire own head in their palm.

Goblin male faces are ugly too, I didn’t add it in there because it’s a trait that goblins are ugly.
