Ugh goblins

We followed Tyrande everywhere for four expansions straight just to end up doing the same with Alleria, I think goblins have earned a patch to themselves by this point.

They have a strong fantasy, if you get the heritage armor. Before that they are either hit or miss transmog-wise.

It was just another Val’sharah or Mount Hyjal. That said, Siren Isle is just another Stonetalon Mountains. Sigh. Well, if we get another copypasta zone, I hope it’s another Jade Forest next.

Sorry not every patch can be about elves and humans. I’m sure you will manage just fine with goblins getting their first major patch.

I for one respect the Goblin hustle.

Didn’t help that we had a certain fluttering reminder that [redacted] existed back in the Emerald Dream.

no its all over for me now. my characters life is flashing before her eyes.

This.

Goblins have been left on a cliffhanger since Cata and now you all complain that we finally get something.

WoW’s writing has improved dramatically since cata and I think they’ll be more than a joke this time around.

I would also love to see more vulpera content. I love desert fantasy.

Their zone in BFA didn’t really flesh out the Vulpera as well as it could have.

Good thing the Warcraft franchise hasn’t been high fantasy only since WC2 then. It only took 30 years of tech and machines to catch on.

Vulpera as a whole really highlight Blizzard’s tendency to add a race and then just sorta forget about it. Very little racial lore and background, not much about their culture, etc. They have done this a few times and it drives me nuts. Vulpera are probably the worst example, though.

Dracthyr irked me too. We got the basic info at least, but even in their own expansion they were sort of anemic about the details. I would have loved to see more about how they were integrating in draconic society, and what their new place in it would be. Was not just them that got the short end of the stick in Dragonflight, though. Heck, the last patch was basically sidelined for Night Elves.

Anyway, I digress. I would just love more in depth racial lore for the races that are not Human, or, or Elf (I like Elves, but they get a lot of spotlight and have an entire expansion next). Thankfully Blizz is doing a great job in TWW with the Earthen, and hopefully they continue.

So yeh, let the Goblin players enjoy this patch. It is not to my taste, but in an MMO I am sure something I do like will come round again eventually. I am happy for the players are are excited for it.

goblins are cool and we finally get a bit of horde stuff
so damn tired of alliance everything.

Bye, can’t wait for us goblins to finally get some love.

That is the goblins identity. If you want fantasy, did you play the MoP remix?

That literally goes against the nomad culture of your race.

You play an elf. You get no opinion white bread.

Mate, Goblins are literally just real life Americans. I love it.

Not surprised. This was cut content from BFA, and expac I often described as Legion Leftover covered in ketchup and mustard. SL were those same leftovers that then caught on fire and got burnt to ashes. Looks like Blizz still had some of those leftovers stuffed in the back of the freezer and served it up instead of making something new with this tiny patch.

Now OP, aka Belf from wish, greed isn’t limited to just Goblins. We’re just the most open about it. And we’re not as bad as those Stormwind nobles. The ones that shafted the stonemasons.

elf player complaining “BUT WHERE’S THE ELVES???” bro the last 3-4 expacs were focused on elves, its ok for other races to take the spotlight

Don’t forget a whole expansion dedicated to them. Imagine one patch just for goblins and they blow a nut. This is why wow is dying. Only for humans and elves. Forget every other race.

Right? People forget that tinkers have been a thing since RTS days. Warcraft always was more space fantasy than high fantasy. They had star gates for crying put loud. Orcs are literal aliens to Azeroth.
