UDK bug: Putrefy missing

Problem: Putrefy misses far too often, as in the zombie jumps to the target and channels its 0.1 channel to explode, failing to hit the target you sent it at.

When it misses, it still goes on cooldown for 30s, and fails to apply dots, so you are left to also reapply dots with outbreak. So this functionally causes you to waste 2 GCDs. I just did the runic ramble quest where mobs are walking towards the rune stone at what i would guess is 20% of run speed, so very slow, and my putrefies were failing to hit the targets…

Proposed solution: Please consider making the damage / explosion / dot spread instant, like you did with empowered rune weapon recently for FDK, and leave in the zombie jump and explode animation for flavor.
