Went into a Heroic UBRS just for fun. Could only loot about 1 per 5 mobs, so I'm assuming it's still assigning personal loot and thinking there are 5 people instead of just me. Also the Ironbarb Skyreaver wouldn't die. Got stuck on 1% health and kept following me around everywhere.
Went to solo UBRS on normal and had the same issue with the Skyreaver getting stuck at 1% health and following me everywhere. Finally had to hearth out since it wouldn't stop.
Same thing just happened to me. 1% and following like a puppy.
Just happened to me as well it's quite annoying.

This bug is still happening. It is making it a challenge to complete Leeroy. since the boss can kill him.
Same had this issue for a while now. Even tonight when I tried to do UBRS.

How I solved it:
[] Just run out of the instance and then go back in, the boss resets/disappears.
I don't see it anymore and I suppose it is gone due to the battle being won regardless of the bug being there.

I can confirm, this is still happening.
Just happened to me. Gave up and ran out of the instance.
So, just to let anyone know, this still happens, and yes, you should run out of the instance and back in. It won't mess up Leeroy if he's still counting down, as I just now did it.

This. Hung around entrance to boss room. What was truly infuriating was that the second to last boss also seemed to bug out in the same way for a good long while, and actually got me to half health before finally dying.
Blizzard, fix your damn bugs.

Yep, it just happened to me when soloing Mythic. Ran out and back in and he was gone.
Well glad to know I'm not alone lol Just happened to me and it frustrated me so much I had to stop playing. How is this not fixed
Well, STILL happening. Worse, can’t progress because the gate is locked still. Happens on heroic or normal. Running out doesn’t fix it as the gate is still locked. Oh well.
