Reporting a bug that Tzerak does not spawn in Bloodmyst Isle. The summoners appear to summon him, but instead of exploding and Tzerak spawning, they disappear, and Tzerak does not spawn as intended.
Same thing is happening on Pagle server.

After the reset, he spawned.
