I read somewhere that there was going to be a letter sent out with the quest to obtain the tabard… And I still have yet to see it. Anyone else experience this?

Got the letter and quest Tuesday . Maybe you haven’t completed the previous quest

If you completed to precursor quests you will get it
Yeah finished the entire chain and got the title but not the tabard 
If you had completed the quest before the reset, a letter would have been sent to you. If you did it after the reset, then maybe it requires that as well before it triggers.
