Tyrande the new baddie

What if Tyrande turns out to be the new baddie?? What if Darnassus was a major life source for N’zoth?? Alliance has not had a baddie since Arthas? Last two baddies have been Horde. Maybe it will be a major twist at the end?

As a NE player i would love to see her go all out and avenge Teldrasil. Id like to see the worgen join her and clean the horde out of darkshore and ashenvale for good. Tell the boy king he can bugger off and bury his head in SW if he doesnt like it. The Ali need a good civil war.

She should be. Id welcome her tearing some things up and going against the alliance for awhile to serve her own needs. Would be good to see the alliance ranks and leaders against one another for a change

I’m pretty sure her idea of night warriors is gonna backfire horribly at some point.

This is exactly what I was hoping for when Tyrande went her own way. If they had done a civil war in Both factions that would have, story wise, justified them not allowing Either faction to win the faction war. We could have all settled down into an embittered cold war with each other.

Tyrandes history with Azara (can’t spell) and all the other existing stuff would have allowed us to justify realigning together, because if we spilt into four different camps we would have divided ourselves for the enemy and made it easier to be conquered.

and since i didnt answer the question would love to see her die been wanting her and Maeiv knocked off since WC3

and so you can tell i wasn’t lieing about my idea lol

Would be interesting, but I don’t see it working with the whole “Alliance it’s flawless” narrative they have going on.

N’zoth is under the Shrine of the Storm.

Teldrassil is on the other side of Azeroth.

The BFA collectors edition books outright state that Elune would intervene if Tyrande was going to die.

Wait… aren’t all elves bad? I thought this was already a thing…

We inherited those bad genes from you. Since we share about half of them with you, you are double whatever bad we have and it shows

Tyrande is too boring to be important.

Sorry just started to notice her absence and that is what made me start wondering.

After Legion I just can’t take her seriously any more.

I’d like to see her stumble into a trap set by Sylvannas and get killed. Then we capture Malfurion and imprison him like Maive did to Illidan.

Yeah, the whole levitating to be transformed by the wrath of a moon god…that didn’t get enough acknowledgment, imo.

That was some serious stuff that Tyrande released herself into, and I don’t buy this whole “oh, they got their revenge” nonsense. No, they didn’t. Nathanos and Sylvanas still breathe (do they breathe?)…they are still walking around, at any rate. The revenge has not happened, and they set up that whole rage thing. I demand payoff!

I want Tyrande to go full Darth Vader, to be honest. Once she’s had her revenge, she’s still the embodiment of divine wrath, so…dark side Tyrande. Yep.

That is not going to happen for game play reasons, unless they give Horde players two new zones to quest in. Then that would cause even more issues because players would complain that the Horde has new zones while the Alliance is stuck with Darkshore and Ashenvale because the devs like the Horde more.

I can agree with the Alliance needing a good civil war. A civil war on bothsides would have been more insteading then the MoP 2: This time with Old Gods that we have now.

Yea I think that has to do something with N’zoth. We know that N’zoth/naga want to split the combined army, what if one way of splitting it is by getting a part of that faction to join yours. I think that Tyrande might become a major general in the new reborn Black Empire.

The issue with the Gilneans siding with the NEs in any such split is that the Gilnean’s still want to return to their home on EK; and leaving the Alliance solely to support their closest allies the NEs on Kalimdor … is essentially stating that the NE Racial Fantasy comes before their own.

The Draenei are also unlikely to side with the NEs; over the Alliance. Despite their territories in Kalimdor, they have FAR more shared cultural norms with the EK races of the Alliance than they do the NEs. They also aren’t as restricted to still living on Kalimdor with the Vindecaar able to help bring them out and repair TK (they now have the ability to setup shop just about anywhere now).

Saying there should be internal conflict and an Alliance civil war is great and all … but its fascinating to me just how often this idea comes from bitter Night Elf fans (that for some reason blame THEIR conflict with the Horde on their affiliations with the Alliance) who don’t really give a crap about the Worgen or Draenei Racial Fantasies (they expect them to sacrifice THEIRS for the NE’s).
