If it says they’re looking for 205iLvl and you’re 195iLvl, I would not expect an invite or response.
If I was selling something for 40 and you offered 30, I’d be rather annoyed at you. I feel like that’s what you’re doing. There’s no supply and demand at your ilvl.
Ppl that can’t pay the 40 for what I’m trying to sell would have to settle for less until they can. Or find someone they know that will give them a discount. Or offer something off greater value to compensate.
So… Make your own group, join a guild or friend’s group, or bring a ilvl 230 friend to compensate for low ilvl.
But complaining about not being able to buy a new Tesla for 10% lower than market value when they sell immediately at normal price, is ridiculous.
