TWW Progression

Hey guys I just started playing WoW the other day. I know there are many strats to gearing up super fast.

I want to progress through war within like when it first launched, and experience anything.

Once I’m 80 I get geared for heroics, then raid nerubar palace. After that I run the new raid? Are there additional steps to get gear for the new raid?

If you played a recent expansion, you will somewhat know the drill, but just in case

BEFORE you hit 80, from 70-80

Complete the Levelling Campaign. Complete the quests marked with a brown shield in ALL the zones. Yes, eat up ALL your vegetables.
Do a couple of Delves when they present to you, just to see them. Dungeons while levelling are optional, since you will get so much XP from the levelling campaign that you will hit 80 probably in Azj-Kahet or Hallowfall, before you finish. Dungeons will just add to the XP.

After you hit 80,

Grind your way up the Tiers of Delves, and Normals, then Heroics. Get Coffer Keys from world content to open bonus chests from Tier 8 Delves https://www.wowhead.com/currency=3028/restored-coffer-key
Since you want to get the full experience, you should probably accept the quets you will be blasted with to follow the various max-level campaigns that follow the fate of the Earthen and Siren Isle, and what Xal’atath is up to, and all that.
Now you want to start into Mythic-Plus Dungeons https://www.wowhead.com/guide/mythic-plus-dungeons/the-war-within-season-2/overview to gear up from there. M+ IS your gearing ladder.
