I am levelling mining and chose plethora of ores spec. I put 5 points into Ironclaw spec. which says "gain +1 skill when mining any Ironclaw deposit. I took that to mean my mining level, but these deposits are not increasing my mining level. Is there a difference between skill and level I am not understanding? If it does not increase my level, what DOES it increase?
