I pre purchased The War Within epic edition and have not been able to play at all since entering the new city no npcs show up to do the quests. This is pathetic I can’t make a ticket for support atm won’t load!?!? This will be the last time I purchase anything blizzard related until this is rectified.
There is a wave of people joining the game for the first time, right now. You, like many others, will occasionally experience some in game and login in issues as there are tens of thousands of people trying to do the same thing at once. Have some patience, all issues will be fixed. It just takes some time.

ya well I paid for time to play the game early regardless.
Those who purchased a Edition of the game that came with Early Access, were able to play on the 23rd. This is the normal launch today, not early access.

I know i could not play early either been this way for days.
I feel like they made need a bit more information if you plan on using this forum as a way to consult a game bug or error. If you have spent days in the main city with no NPC’s I feel it has to be something on your end, maybe an addon or something?

I mean the thing is, its been working for most people, there just is something odd with your download/connection/something. It takes a lot more to find a solution to something that should be (and is working for other people)
No i don’t use add ons I update my drivers logged in and out nothing works.
Drivers shouldn’t be an issue if you’re not seeing any NPC’s. If you are actively accessing the server by logging into your character, then you should see the contents as well. I would suggest opening a ticket. There may be a wait time due to high volume of issues. Rest assured that the staff is working on these issues as fast as they can.

Well a lot of the servers are down and having issues right now. So if you’re in game and having these issues, it’s likely because everyone else is right now also.
