I’ve been working on this Achievement and cannot get the Lost Shoe or Clutch of Eggs.

They simply do not appear in the Mycomancer Cavern on any delve story.
I’ve also ran it on multiple characters and cannot find either item.

I do not have the Achievement credit so I must have never looted them.

I have also checked the banks/bags of all my other characters that would have ran the Delve because I might have left them in one of their banks.

I couldn’t find the items.

Any pointers on how I could remedy this situation?

Found this in the Mycomancer Cavern delve (Rank 3) during the “Missing pigs” story. It is possible to get 2 in the same one, I got this one and Hillhelm Family: A Clutch of Eggs in the same delve

Mycomancer has a quest, a farm dude ( I think the chef) gives it, I believe when that quest is up the chance of spawning those items is higher than usual.
The quest was up 3 weeks ago, then the last week. I am not sure what it up atm.
