TWW - Do Bears get access to Ravage in Cat Form?

Seeing as how catweaving will be a bit of a thing for Bear druids of the claw, do they also have access to the combo point version while in cat form?

They should. I don’t think it distinguishes between spec when providing the proc rate. Though it might be rare for you to get a proc while in cat as you’re going to be popping in and out quickly.

I was assuming the proc would have occurred in Bear Form, but it specifically says Maul so I am curious.

As a side note, does anyone know if all of these TTW abilities that transform from their originals (e.g. Maul → Ravage) benefit from the original ability’s talents that increase their damage?
