Now that monk is getting an extra charge of thunder focus tea. I am wondering if they stack. as in if you cast it twice will you be able to use 4 empowered spells? Or would it just waste the second charge and you can still only use 2?
It will refresh your TFT buff but it won’t stack

darn. that really cuts into macro utility with it. I would have rather seen them reduce the cooldown time rather than a second charge. It’s going to create more key bloat and waste of a button press that will equate to close to a GCD loss.
we already have limited use case for macros, being able to have thunder focus tea bound to 1 specific ability to activate it was a huge help without have to waste time to press a completely separate button to activate it. Now you have to worry about if you need to cast that ability again, if it’s going to waste your second charge. Having the cooldown reduced would have been more efficient.
Master of Harmony tree sucks anyway. Too much effort for minimal payoff, and the mechanic itself clashes with TFT and causes it to be clunky and wasteful.
You’re better off running Celestial Conduit.

Yea I was doing a deep dive on Celestial earlier and it looks to be the better of the 2. But Harmony seems to have more fistweaver centric design and that Is why I was considering it as I play fistweaver on my monk.
Yeah, I felt the exact same way initially. Then, I tried it in practice and it just doesn’t function well.
They need to do a lot to make it worthwhile.
Great for Brewmaster tho.
Master of Harmony could use some buffs. The pool of vitality shouldn’t be shared for dps and healing.
