i think after 20 years of playing wow im finally going to hang it up. paying $15 a month you would think i could login, play my character…do a world quest and get the credit for it.
you need these Carved Undermine Crests in order to advance your gear. game is broken.

The quest itself is supposed to have a reward, beyond the one Warband-bound piece of gear per week.
When I looked at the WQ, it was rewarding gold and Valorstones. I have no idea where OP was expecting Carved Crests. That’s a pretty rich reward for a WQ.
i’m looking at my UD map right now and yeah, while I do have the World Quest List add-on, it says that killing the world boss should give 10 carved
