<two strike policy> 7/8m uldir 9/9h 4/9m - 3 day raiding guild

bump bump we want you for TSP n3rd

got conclave to akunda in 3 pulls! inc conc and rast!!!

So I’ve recently decided to join TSP and I wanted to share a few of my observations.

I’ve been an active member of the Sargeras community for far more than a decade. I’ve more than 2 full years /played. I’ve enjoyed many guilds over the years and a variety of types of progression. From pvp and cheeves, to Heroic and Mythic progression.

Since joining I have found a very welcoming community that rewards consistent players with huge gear upgrades and quick kills! As a whole, the raid team demonstrates a strong and well versed grasp of the kind of strategic mindsets that are often missing from quality groups.

Raiders are spread from early 20’s to early 40’s and this variety brings a great diversity to the core. There are streamers and theory-crafters, Mythic + players and RBG lovers.

Activities are pretty frequent. A normal week would have more than 2 heroic clears scheduled, far more than 2 dozen mythic +'s, achievement runs, alt runs, and a solid 3 day progression mythic push.

My wife has enjoyed hanging in discord with all the female members and enjoys the very friendly atmosphere.

All in all, I find TSP to be a solid home for myself. I’d like to personally invite others to join me. WoW is so much more fun in a solid community.

From our Guild Recruitment Thread:

For anyone interested in learning more about TSP, I’ll share my first impressions and why I continue to support this team.

BFA is the first expansion I decided to play competitively. My experience with this game goes back to 2007, a middle school student looking forward to the next Halo sequel on Xbox 360. My neighbor and I began our journeys as Dwarf warriors shortly after watching Southpark: Make Love, Not Warcraft. I remember the feeling of being small and useless in this immense world, killing boars and trolls to slowly inch my experience bar to the end. Then I found dungeons, specifically Deadmines (we called in VC on Detheroc) and I was hooked. Not only did I enjoy fulfilling a specific role, but I fundamentally enjoyed meeting new people. I sat for hours after school at Sentinel Hill waiting for groups to post in general chat. And those experiences, that fun I remember, is why I still play today.

When I applied to TSP, it was not my first guild nor was it the only guild I was looking into. I had two primary goals in mind, community and end-game content. I quickly learned that TSP had similar interests and were not only willing to teach, but actively searching for players to rebuild their roster. Krime, the recruitment officer was not only friendly, but honest about where the guild was and what their goals were. It did not feel like a sales pitch, but more of a partnership. I felt value as a player, and not just a body to fill a position. For some reason, that stuck with me.

I feel comfortable and at home when I’m on WoW, or just looking to hangout on discord after a day at work. The players are good players, but more than that. Friendship and a sense of belonging come to mind. It isn’t awkward and most of us are active day to day. It’s even come to, “I wonder where so-and-so is, they haven’t been on all day…”. What impressed me the most was the effort put in to help those who may be capable, but may not be experienced. I never got into the high-end mythic+ scene, sitting comfortably timing 10s-12s for the weekly chest reward. Members of this guild took the time (and depleted many keys) to teach me what I did not know about dungeon mechanics. Now, running a key with these group of players sounds fun, and it’s because we are having fun by completing challenges in the game together.

As for raiding, the conversations extend before and after our raid times. Members are openly helping others read and analyze logs, research strats, and come up with ideas on how to improve. And it isn’t private information, it’s to help each player perform better. The atmosphere is calm, but critical, and it feels like progress is being made outside of the raid.

Consistency. TSP holds a weekly Heroic run every Tuesday at reset. It gives me something to look forward to on top of the weekly chest. The run attracts some very skilled players, and it gives me the opportunity to try new Azerite trait combinations for different encounters. The run takes approx. 90 minutes and it’s a quick and efficient way to complete our personal lockouts. Take it for what it’s worth, but there is something to be said about the level of respect this guild has earned over the years to attract players who are in the top Cutting Edge guilds in the game.

TLDR; if you’re looking for a new home because you’re returning to the game after a break or your last guild fell apart, my search ended at TSP. We all know BFA isn’t in the best of states, but here you’ll find a group of players that will invite you to play with them, and they will continue to invite you till they become your friends. Good luck in your search, and hope to see you soon.
